#262 DOV'E` L'AMORE Cher
Cher enjoyed another resurgence in her popularity with the worldwide dance hit "Believe" in 1998. The album of the same name contained 3 other hit singles: "All Or Nothing", "Strong Enough" and "Dov'e` L'Amore".
The latter was written by Paul Barry and Mark Taylor. It was dropped as a single in 1999. Taylor co-produced the cut with Brian Rawling. The title means "where is the love?" in Italian. The song reached #1 on Billboard's US Dance Chart. The disc made the top 10 in Europe. "Dov'e` L'Amore" also cracked the Top 40 in America and Britain.
Cher continues to record and tour to this day. Subsequent singles have included "The Music's No Good Without You". "Song for the Lonely" "Woman's World" and "I Hope You Find It". Cher also starred in the film 'Burlesque', alongside Christina Aguilera and Cam Gigandet in 2010.
