Born in Ghana, the percussionist also played on The Rolling Stones’ albums ‘Beggars Banquet’, ‘Let It Bleed’ and ‘Sticky Fingers’. In America, Stevie’s single topped the R&B Chart and peaked at #3 Pop. The disc peaked at #12 in the UK.
