Whitney’s 6th consecutive US #1 single was produced by Narada Michael Walden. It was written by crack songwriting duo Billy Steinberg and Tom Kelly who also created the chart-topping hits “Alone” (Heart), “Like A Virgin” (Madonna), “True Colours” (Cyndi Lauper) and “Eternal Flame” (The Bangles).

No one has ever nailed America’s national anthem the way Whitney belted it out at the XXV Super Bowl in 1991. Released as a single that year, the disc peaked at #20 in the U.S.A. Re-issued 10 years later, the song peaked at #6.
