Mike + The Mechanics was a side project revolving around Mike Rutherford from the British group Genesis. Its self-titled debut album was issued in 1985. The following year, "All I Need Is A Miracle" was lifted off it. Despite reaching the Top 10 in America, Canada and Australia, the single only climbed to #53 in the UK.
