#39 LOST INSIDE OF YOU

Barbra Streisand had previously recorded "Lost Inside Of You" as a duet. That version was featured on the soundtrack for her box office hit film 'A Star Is Born' and was recorded with co-star Kris Kristofferson. 
Streisand revisited the song for a compilation entitled 'Memories', issued in 1981. This time, she cut a solo rendition. Gary Klein produced the track. It wound ip as the flip side of the single "Comin' In and Out of Your Life", 1 of the 3 other new recordings on 'Memories'.
In 2014, a new version of "Lost Inside Of You" by Streisand emerged. She re-recorded it as a duet again, this time with renowned R&B performer and producer Babyface. The new interpretation was included as a bonus track on the deluxe edition of her 'Partners' album. 

This is a list made up of the songs I enjoy the most, ranked in order of preference: the higher we go, the more I cherish them. Some were released as singles, others as album tracks. Some are obscure; others were worldwide hits or have universal appeal. They aren't always the most famous or popular, but simply a personal choice. I have excluded songs from the last few years in order to get a better idea of a song's lasting impression. I hope you find some new tracks to love, or re-discover some past favourites.
