Trivia: "California Dreamin'" was the first hit single for the American group The Mamas & The Papas. The song has since been covered by the likes of The Beach Boys, Nancy Sinatra and Sia. In 1997, the original version was re-issued in 1997, taking The Mamas & The Papas' recording to #9 on the UK chart.
