Some songs don't need English lyrics to convey genuine emotion. This is one such track. Performed in Montenegrin, the song's title means "My world". It finished 19th out of 26 in the Grand Final in Copenhagen.

France finished 12th in the Grand Final with this song mostly sung in French with a chorus that features some English lyrics. It is a classy entry.

LATVIA 2002
Latvia first competed at Eurovision in 2000. Following Estonia's win the previous year, it became the second Baltic triumphant entry in 2002. As a result, the ESC was held in another new location the following year: Riga.

Sung in Hebrew, this Israeli entry was performed in Hebrew. Its title means "Never mind". The song finished 16th out of 23 competitors in the Final.

After attracting controversy at the San Remo Song Festival, this Italian rap song (with some Arabic lyrics) emerged as a strong contender. As one of the 'Big 5' countries, Italy was automatically in the Grand Final in Jerusalem this year. The song landed in the runner-up position.

UKRAINE 2006
The Ukraine has scored 2 wins at Eurovision: both in this century. This upbeat track made it into the Grand Final where it finished 7th.
NOBODY BUT YOU

AUSTRIA 2018
Initially offered to the UK, this soul / gospel gem ended up as the Austrian entry instead. In Lisbon, the song proved popular enough to secure third place in the Grand Final.
