Despite achieving 3 British #1 singles during the 1960s and winning the Eurovision Song Contest (with "Puppet On A String" in 1967), Sandie Shaw never cracked the US Top 40. The closest she came was with "Girl Dont Come" which peaked at #42 in 1965.
