The
woman is paranoid, fearing that her husband has lost interest in her.
She decides to test him. Taking on the alias of “Babooshka”, she writes him
letters pretending to be younger. When her husband reads the letters, they
remind him of what his spouse was like in her younger years. Up to that point,
he was content in his marriage. The letters spark new thoughts. In the end, the
wife’s paranoia destroys the marriage.
