The song "Who Is He (And What Is He To You)?" is a song sung from the perspective of a man whose suspicions are aroused when a stranger passes a couple. The narrator notices his partner's discomfort and his instincts are now on alert. Something isn't right and he suspects he is being cheated on.
Bill Withers co-wrote the song with Stan McKenny. It was on the former's 1972 album 'Still Bill'.
