Fleetwood Mac evolved closer to its more mainstream – American influenced sound with “Come A Little Bit Closer” from its album ‘Heroes Are Hard To Find’. The track was penned by one of the group’s main songwriters, Christine Mc Vie. This LP was issued prior to the departure of Bob Welch and the arrival of new recruits Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks.
