Italy competed at Eurovision with a mighty operatic number entitled "Grande Amore". Il Volo are an 'Il Divo' type vocal trio that has performed with Barbra Streisand. The Italian entry finished in 3rd place. There is literally a whisker separating the songs at #10 & 9.
#9 HEROES Måns Zelmerlöw
Sweden won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2015 with "Heroes". Pop singer Måns Zelmerlöw emerged triumphant with the uplifting positive number. As a result, Stockholm will be the host city in 2016.
#8 ALL I ASK Adele
The highlight track from Adele's 3rd studio album '25' is "All I Ask". Co-written by the British vocalist with Bruno Mars, its lyrics tear at the heartstrings.Hopefully, we will see it released as a single as it deserves to be another hit in the vein of "Someone Like You".
#7 ALL YOU NEED IS A SPARK Danny Saucedo
Swedish pop star has been rather quiet on the releases front of late, but he did drop the upbeat and fun track "All You Need Is A Spark". The artist is moving from his dance roots towards increasingly R&B-flavoured material. and his evolution is producing some awesome music.
#6 GOD ONLY KNOWS BBC Music & The Impossible Orchestra
A star-studded cast take on the Beach Boys' classic song. Brian Wilson leads a stellar chorus that includes Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Dave Grohl, Chris Martin, One Direction, Kylie Minogue, Chrissie Hynde, Brian May, Paloma Faith, Lorde, Sam Smith and Pharrell Williams. It was all for charity.
