The Eurovision Song Contest returned to Sweden in 2000, following its victory with Charlotte’s “Take Me To Your Heaven”.

In host city Stockholm, Latvia was welcomed to the ESC. Two years later, this new addition to the family emerged victorious with “I Wanna”.
