Trivia:

Whitesnake's "Here I Go Again" may be a radio staple today, but when it was first released, the song flopped. The original version was issued in 1982. David Coverdale wrote the song with bandmate Bernie Marsden. Whitesnake's line-up changed. Coverdale remained the pivotal member and re-recorded the song. The makeover resulted in a smash hit 5 years after the original.
