⚪️Best known as the producer on many R.E.M. albums, he has also worked on recordings by The Replacements, Juliana Hatfield and Patti Smith.
🎛73 JIMMY PAGE
🔲 There’s not much that this member of Led Zeppelin did not do. He co-wrote many of the band’s signature songs as well as injecting guitar power into its catalogue. He also handled production duties on all of the Led Zep LPs.
🎛72 STEVE ALBINI
⏬As well as having his own recording career, Albini was at the helm for Nirvana’s ‘In Utero’ album. He defined his own sound as he worked with a range of underground musical acts, notably The Pixies.

❒Omartian was an influential producer in the late 70s-early 80s, working on the #1 “Undercover Angel” by Alan O’Day and Christopher Cross’ debut album. He then worked on LPs by Donna Summer and Rod Stewart.
