Few soundtracks featuring previously released music are packed with favourites in the way ‘The Big Chill’ achieved. The songs are an essential ingredient to the film and the album can be enjoyed in its own right. Who can resist songs such as “Joy To the World, “Ain’t Too Proud To Beg”, “Tell Him” or “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman”? Great music and a stellar cast that includes Glenn Close, Kevin Kline, William Hurt and Jeff Goldblum make for a winning combination.
