SEMI - FINAL 2 PARTICIPANTS
May 11th, 2023
In host city Liverpool, 16 countries will compete in the second Semi-Final. The 6 lowest-scoring countries will be culled and the 10 countries with the most votes will progress to the Grand Final on the weekend. Countries are listed below in order of performance in the Semi-Final. The first column identifies the 10 countries predicted to qualify. Once the voting results are revealed, the far right column will reflect the 10 countries that have qualified from this heat:
