Released in late 2001, “Murder On The Dancefloor” peaked at #2 in Britain. Fast forward to 2023 and the song was featured in the film ‘Saltburn’ which starred Jacob Elordi. The scene in question has Barry Keoghan dancing naked to the song. TikTok users users tried re-creating the scene and this went viral, returning the song to the UK charts where it peaked again at #2. It also made the Top 10 again in Australia and New Zealand.
