Trivia:

Kenny Loggins penned "Danny's Song" and he recorded it when part of a duo with Jim Messina. The track was included on the 1971 Loggins and Messina debut album 'Sittin' In'. It was inspired by the birth of his brother's first child. Being a struggling musician, Loggins lacked sufficient funds for a gift, so he wrote the new parents a song. Anne Murray's remake of the song topped the Adult Contemporary Chart and #10 on the Country listing.
