ABBATHE 40 MOST IMPORTANT SONGS

17 HONEY HONEY

Writers: Benny Andersson / Bjorn Ulvaeus / Stig Anderson

Following the triumphant "Waterloo" at Eurovision, ABBA selected "Honey Honey" as the next single. The track was lifted off the 1974 'Waterloo' album and was another stepping stone towards establishing what could be described as the "ABBA sound". Both Agnetha and Frida shine on lead vocals here, Bjorn also contributes as vocalist. From here on, the recording unit was to be referred to as ABBA instead of Bjorn & Benny, Agnetha & Anni-Frid.
