One of ABBA's best selling singles is "Fernando". It was initially recorded- in Swedish- by Frida for her solo album. Its potential was evident in the early recording stage and ABBA decided it was too good a song not to be an English-language group track. In Australia and New Zealand, the song was included on the 'Arrival' LP. The single is still Australia's longest running #1, having ruled the Top 40 for 14 weeks.
