Before scoring a hit with "Eye In The Sky", Alan Parsons built up his reputation working on The Beatles' 'Abbey Road', early Wings albums and Pink Floyd's 'Dark Side Of The Moon' LP. He then co-founded the Alan Parsons Project with the other pivotal member, Eric Woolfson. They wrote and produced the hit single.
