Trivia:

Bobbie Gentry's self-penned "Ode To Billy Joe" not only collected 3 Grammy Awards but sparked a long lasting mystery. Its lyrics refer to something being thrown off the Tallahatchee Bridge. The answer became clearer when the song was adapted into a film in 1976. In the motion picture, Billie Joe throws his girlfriend's rag doll off the bridge. He takes his own life the next day due to his confused sexual preference.
