The Beatles were still together as a group when John Lennon formed another act with Yoko Ono named The Plastic Ono Band. "Give Peace A Chance" became an anthem and protest song at a time when the planet was in turmoil. The single was recorded with a gathering of friends in a hotel room located in Montreal, Canada.
