45 MYSTERY OF LOVE This track from ‘Donna Summer’ is virtually a duet with James Ingram. Other musicians featured on the recording include David Paich from Toto and Michael Sembello who had a US #1 with “Maniac”. |
44 BACK IN LOVE AGAIN The concept behind the ‘I Remember Yesterday’ album was music from the 1940s to the present and into the future. “Back In Love Again” was reminiscent of The Supremes. |
43 HAPPILY EVER AFTER Donna’s “Happily Ever After” is a track on ‘Once Upon A Time’. The LP debuted on Billboard’s Album Chart the same week as the ‘Saturday Night Fever’ soundtrack. Both reached #1. |
42 DIM ALL THE LIGHTS Donna wrote “Dim All The Lights” for Rod Stewart but recorded it herself for the ‘Bad Girls’ album. Issued as a single, the disc peaked at #2 in America. |
41 LOVE’S UNKIND “Love’s Unkind” is an homage to the girl group classics created by Phil Spector during the 1960s and is found on ‘I Remember Yesterday’. |
