Caffè Lattè presents… THE 100 ESSENTIAL SONGS BY DONNA SUMMER The double album ‘Once Upon A Time’ was followed by another 2-disc set in 1978. This was a release featuring three sides recorded live in concert and a fourth cut in the studio. The latter consisted of the ‘MacArthur Park Suite’, an uninterrupted track that included “MacArthur Park”, “One Of A Kind” and “Heaven Knows”. ‘Live And More’ became Donna’s first US #1 album.

70 COME WITH ME The album ‘A Love Trilogy’ was recorded at Musicland in Munich, Germany. Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte produced the album. The two wrote the track “Come With Me”.

69 BLACK LADY Side Two of the ‘I Remember Yesterday’ album opens with “Black Lady”. Donna co-wrote this with her producers Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte.

68 IF IT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD The
1989 album ‘Another Place And Time’ was recorded at the PWL Studios in
London, England. Producer Pete Waterman founded the studio.

67 WORKING THE MIDNIGHT SHIFT The
last album recorded by Donna in Munich was ‘Once Upon A Time’ which contained
the track “Working The Midnight Shift”. Giorgio Moroder owned the Musicland studio.

66 LOVE WILL ALWAYS FIND YOU Pete
Bellotte came up with the lyrics for “Love Will Always Find You” while
Giorgio Moroder composed the music. The song was included on the 'Bad Girls' LP. |
