"When The Going Gets Tough, The Tough Get Going" was  featured in the film 'The Jewel Of the Nile' which starred Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner. It was Billy Ocean's only British #1 single. He was kept out of the chart summit in America by Whitney Houston's "How Will I Know". Ocean did, however, achieve 3 #1 songs in the U.S.A.
