Tina Turner was churning out timeless tracks after her renaissance commenced in 1983. "The Best", written by Mike Chapman & Holly Knight, was unleashed in 1989. Turner co-produced the recording with Dan Hartman and it was included on her 'Foreign Affair' album.

#1990 GENTLE ON MY MIND Glen Campbell
John Hartford penned the folk song "Gentle On My Mind", but Glen Campbell scored the hit with his country & western remake in 1968. It had been released the year before, but had to wait several months before it gained momentum.
