After reaching #1 in America with "Jive Talkin'", The Bee Gees were on a new trajectory. As disco was beginning to attract huge popularity, the trio released "Nights On Broadway". The Gibb brothers wrote the song. Arif Mardin produced the track. Although the group had scored several worldwide hits since the 1960s, the Bee Gees had been in a slump. Disco and the film 'Saturday Night Fever' would soon kickstart the brothers' most lucrative period .
