DENMARK
Denmark joined the Eurovision family in 1957, in time for the second Contest. Six years later, the song “Dansevise” by Grethe and Jørgen Ingmann earned the country its first win.
A long wait followed, but the Danes claimed a second win in 2000 with “Fly On The Wings Of Love”, performed by The Olsen Brothers. The nation’s third and most recent victory was with Emmelie De Forest’s “Only Teardrops”.
