#605 I THINK I'M GONNA FALL (IN LOVE) Supercharge
UK rock/ pop group Supercharge only scored success in Australia. The group was led by singer/ saxplayer Albie Donnelly. They charted with 2 disco hit singles and 3 albums. "You've Gotta Get up and Dance" peaked at #3 in 1977. That breakthrough single was included on their 'Local Lads Make Good' LP. The album reached the Top 10. Follow-up 'Horizontal Refreshment' charted later that year. "I Think I'm Gonna Fall (In Love)" was issued in 1978. The single made #13. It was the title track from their final LP to chart here, climbing to #50. 
The song was written and produced by Robert John "Mutt" Lange. Supercharge was 1 of his earliest projects. He went on to work on hit albums by the likes of AC/DC, Def Leppard, Foreigner, Huey Lewis & The News, The Cars and Billy Ocean. Greater success was achieved by Lange in the 1990s. He produced and co-wrote Bryan Adams' "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You". He was behind the phenomenal sales accomplished by Shania Twain's albums 'Woman in Me' and 'Come on Over'. They married. He was at the helm for the Backstreet Boys'' mega-hit 'Millennium' in 1999. This century, Lange has produced Nickelback and Maroon 5. Around this time, his marriage ended when Lange had an affair with Twain's best friend. The 2 couples switched spouses.
