Chris Cornell is best remembered for fronting grunge group Soundgarden and his subsequent work as lead vocalist for Audioslave as well as solo projects. He co-wrote “You Know My Name” for the Eon-approved ‘Casino Royale’ film with David Arnold.

Not to be confused with the 1967 non- Eon motion picture, the 2006 adventure introduced Daniel Craig as the latest actor to portray MI6’s most famous spy.

In Britain, Cornell’s song climbed to #7 as well as going Top 20 in Europe. “You Know My Name” serves as a declaration that the plan was to reinvent the franchise. Its theme song sounds starkly different from past Bond tunes. Nowhere in the lyrics is the title ‘Casino Royale’ mentioned.

OA man stands in front of an out-of-focus sports car. The background is a gradient that goes from red to green. Besides the man is written "Chris Cornell", with "You Know My Name" below it. In the down right corner is the text "As featured in the motion picture CasinO ROyale", with a gun-like "7" below Royale's "O".P
