The Sparks release "When I'm With You" sounds like a sure-fire hit. As disco was giving way to synth pop, the duo's single was an ideal fit. The track was produced by 2 of the men behind Donna Summer's 70s dance classics: Giorgio Moroder and Harold Faltermeyer. For some reason, the disc stiffed. Among the exceptions are countries such as France and Australia where the single charted high.
