This event will take place on May 20 at 21:00 (CEST) in Rotterdam, with 17 entries competing for votes.
After the 7 lowest-scoring entries have been culled, the remaining 10 songs will progress to the Grand Final on the weekend.
Below are the 17 participating nations in the order in which they will be performing. Green in the first column alongside the countries identifies this blog’s preferred 10. Beside it is another column where green represents the predicted 10 entries that are most likely to qualify.
