This event will take place on May 22 at 21:00 (CEST) in Rotterdam, with the 10 highest scoring songs from both Semi-Finals and the 6 nations that had already pre-qualified: host country The Netherlands and the so-called ‘Big 5’ countries- France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and Germany.
