Everything You Need To Know About:
EUROVISION
2021
It’s 2021 and… Eurovision is back! The COVID-19 pandemic caused the cancellation of the 2020 Contest.
Europe’s favourite annual music event is set to start on May 18. Here’s a guide to how the Eurovision Song Contest works.
2020 Artists in 2021’s ESC
The unusual circumstances of 2020 has resulted in a slight shift this year. All participating countries were given the option of selecting new performers for the 2021 Contest, or they could stick with those scheduled for last year’s cancelled ESC.
Not all countries have exercised this option. Returning this year are the performers for: Lithuania, Slovenia, Australia, North Macedonia, Ireland, Belgium, Israel, Romania, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Malta, San Marino, Estonia, Czech Republic, Greece, Austria, Moldova, Iceland, Serbia, Georgia, Bulgaria, Latvia, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
