Australia competing from home

With the pandemic still affecting so many countries, Australia has exercised the option of competing from home instead of flying to Rotterdam. The cost of quarantining back in Australia for Montaigne and her entourage has been cited as a factor. 

Other competing countries have the same option. As yet, the other 24 countries have said they are travelling to Rotterdam.
