THE LOST SINGLES
SHOULD-A BEEN HITS

NO APHRODISIAC
The Whitlams
1997
Australian group The Whitlams was named after (Edward) Gough Whitlam, who was Prime Minister of the country from 1972 before his controversial dismissal in 1975. "No Aphrodisiac" is an indie piano-led ballad that was included on the group's 'Eternal Nightcap' album. Despite never cracking the Top 40, the single is cherished by fans of Australian music and deserves international awareness.
