Jessica Andersson's "Party Voice" was a finalist at Melodifestivalen, but was ultimately not selected as the Swedish entry for Eurovision in 2018. Nevertheless its fun appeal lingered long after March.

KOKOMO

The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra
"Kokomo" was featured in the film 'Cocktail' and hit #1 in America and Australia in 1988-9. The new arrangement with the RPO was created for the 2018 album.

IT'S OVER
Roy Orbison &
The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra
The original version of "It's Over" was issued in 1964. A new arrangement by the RPO was featured on the 2017 album 'A Love So Beautiful'. The disc reached #2 in Britain and made the Top 10 in Australia and New Zealand. Orbison's sons and grandson were involved in the project.

DON'T STOP ME NOW (...REVISITED)
Queen
A subtly altered version of Queen's classic track "Don't Stop Me Now" was added to the soundtrack for the 2018 film 'Bohemian Rhapsody'.

"Good Intentions" is one of the standout tracks on Benjamin Ingrosso's debut album 'Identification', dropped during 2018.

The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra
Brian Wilson produced "God Only Knows", a sublime song he co-wrote with Tony Asher that was a Beach Boys single in 1966. The RPO crafted a divine new arrangement for the 2018 joint project.

I SAY A LITTLE PRAYER
Aretha Franklin & 
The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra
The RPO issued albums featuring songs by Roy Orbison, The Carpenters, The Beach Boys, Buddy Holly and  Aretha Franklin during 2018. "I Say A Little Prayer" was composed by Burt Bacharach & Hal David and initially released by the Queen of Soul in 1968.

"You Got Me" finished 3rd in the Norwegian selections for its Eurovision entry. This was a duet performed by Stella Mwangi and Alexandra Rotan.
