🔴 As a founding member of Booker T & The MGs, the house band at the Stax studio, Cropper helped shape the sound of southern soul. He produced classics by the likes of Otis Redding and Wilson Pickett.

🅾️ Davis produced #1 hits for the Motown label by Diana Ross, Thelma Houston and The Jackson 5.

📶 Sholes played a fundamental role in establishing the “Nashville Sound”. He also signed Elvis Presley to RCA, producing a slew of his #1 singles.

🔘 After writing and producing a string of soul staples for Sam and Dave (with David Porter), Hayes laid the groundwork for disco with his solo recordings. He made history when he became the first African-American to earn the Best Score Academy Award.
