The“Theme From S.W.A.T.” was an instrumental that topped both the Pop and Easy Listening Charts. The disc also reached #1 in Canada. It was a disco-flavoured remake of the theme actually used in the TV series "S.W.A.T.". Michael Omartian co-produced the hit single. He has accrued 8 #1 songs in that role. including "Undercover Angel" (Alan O'Day), "Sailing" (Christopher Cross) and "The Glory Of Love" (Peter Cetera).
