RHYTHM OF LOVE: KYLIE MINOGUE
Kylie Rhythm of Love cover.png
 [1990]
As the 1980s drew to a close, Kylie Minogue took charge of her career and music. No longer would she be handed songs from her regular songwriting/ production team of Stock, Aitken & Waterman to record; the petite Australian was determined to select the best songs for her next album. Fortunately for the SAW team, the hit-making trio served Minogue with the best tracks she had ever cut. 'Rhythm of Love' helped gain her credibility as an artist. Brave moves such as this have enabled Minogue to sustain a rare longevity in the fickle dance / pop market.  Highlight tracks: Better The Devil You Know; Step Back In Time & What Do I Have To Do?
