"Den Vilda" translates as "the wild one / savage". Swedish pop group One More Time represented Sweden with this new age sounding song, reminiscent of Enya. The lovely song was performed in Swedish and finished 3rd out of a field of 23 participating nations. Of interest is that one member, Peter Gronvall, who composed the song, is the son of ABBA's Benny Andersson. The latter of course, won with that group's unforgettable "Waterloo".
