Sakis Rouvas

[2004- Greece]

 

With his undeniable good looks, Greek pop star Sakis Rouvas gave an energetic performance of "Shake It". His delivery impressed enough viewers to take Greece into the Grand Final where the song finished third out of 24 nations. The following year, Greece finally won Eurovision for its first (and so far only) time. Rouvas was back at the ESC as co-presenter in host city Athens. He competed again in 2009 with the Greek entry "This Is Our Night".
