a crushing defeat (by 1 point!) with "Congratulations" in 1968, Cliff
Richard returned to Eurovision 5 years later. With "Power to All Our
Friends", the British music veteran achieved another respectable finish:
3rd place (out of 17 nations), despite what he was wearing! The single
peaked at #4 on the British chart.
