Debuting in 2007, Georgia has competed at Eurovision every year with the exception of 2009. That year, "We Don't Wanna Put In" was disqualified (as it referred to Vladimir Putin). Georgia's best result to date is 9th place (in 2010 with "Shine" and 2011 with Eldrine's "One More Day").
The 2016 entry "Midnight Gold" qualified for the Grand Final where it finished in 20th position.
This year, the Georgian entry is "Keep The Faith", to be sung in English by female performer Tako Gachechiladze. It will compete in Semi-Final 1.
