Latvia & Lithuania.
Armenia collected the maximum score of 12 points from 7
countries, but could not overtake Russia’s total in the end. “Believe” was not
a watershed song. Russia’s 2016 entry “You Are The Only One” truly raised the
bar for all future stage presentations. Its singer Sergey Lazarev will
represent Russia again in 2019.
