#1004 YOU SHOULD BE DANCING Bee Gees
Recorded long before the behemoth that was 'Saturday Night Fever', the Bee Gees' "You Should be Dancing" had already enjoyed a reign atop the US Pop chart. Released as a single in 1976, it was included on the brothers' 'Children of the World' album. On that LP, the Gibbs dabbled further with disco. This track became an anthem, beckoning everyone onto the dance floor. All 3 members wrote the song, which later found itself added onto the track listing for what was to become the best selling album of all-time at that point. 'Saturday Night Fever' is still the best selling soundtrack album.
