CAFFE` LATTE`TOP 2000 TRACKS {EXPANDED EDITION}

#1675 I LOVE THE NIGHTLIFE (DISCO ROUND) Alicia Bridges
Alicia Bridges, 1 of disco's one-hit wonders, scored a Top 5 US hit with her 1978 single "I Love The Nightlife". She co-wrote the song with Susan Hutcheson. It was introduced to a new generation in the film 'The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert' in 1994.

#1676 HALFWAY HOTEL Voyager
Voyager was a British pop group that released the single "Halfway Hotel" in 1979. Lead singer Paul French penned the song, which peaked at #15 in Australia. Gus Dudgeon (who had worked with Elton John, The Small Faces, Them and The Rolling Stones) produced the track.

The list is a ranking made up of the songs I enjoy the most, ranked in order of preference: the higher we go, the more I cherish them. Some were released as singles, others as album tracks. Some are obscure; others were worldwide hits or have universal appeal. They aren't always the most famous or popular, but simply a personal choice.This expanded section now includes songs from the last few years. I hope you find some new tracks to love, or re-discover some past favourites.
Along with climbing among the Top 200 each day, 2 new songs ranked in positions 1501-2000 will also be added daily.
