The 'Mystery Girl' album and its lead single "You Got It" revived Roy Orbison's chart fortunes. The legendary performer had just scored success as one of the members of The Traveling Wilburys. "The Comedians" was written by Elvis Costello and evokes the dramatic songs of The Big O's golden 1960s era.

"Everlasting Love" has been covered by a variety of acts that includes The Love Affair, Rex Smith & Rachel Sweet and Gloria Estefan. U2's remake was used as a B-side for the single "All I Want Is You".

Donna Summer

British pop was dominated by songs written by Mike Stock, Pete Waterman and Matt Aitken. This  trio created hits for the likes of Kylie Minogue, Bananarama, Rick Astley and Dead Or Alive. Donna Summer collaborated with the team, resulting in the 'Another Place And Time' album.
